Here is a look at what I ate this past Wednesday. I’m sorry if my photos don’t look that appetizing, I’m no food photographer but I try my best.
For breakfast, I almost always eat the same thing: oatmeal with 1/2 a banana and some blueberries. Sometimes I like to add a little extra sweetness with honey
For lunch, I picked up some chicken curry soup and had a cup of black coffee
As an afternoon snack, I ate some grapes and a mango yogurt
For dinner, I wasn’t too hungry so I had just a simple salad of spinach and romaine lettuce with a tomato and some olives. I topped it with some creamy cucumber dressing (I know, not the healthiest but it’s so tasty and reminds me of summer). I also had another bagel thin. I’ve been obsessed, they’re delish!
Throughout the day, I also drink plenty of water, tea, and black coffee. I try to get about 60 fluid ounces (about 2L) of water in everyday but some days are harder than others
