It’s winter again here in the Northwest. After about a week of beautiful sun and increasing temperatures, we are having massive amounts of torrential rain. Gross.
I like to dress even better on nasty days because it lifts my spirits in the face of grey drizzle (or complete downpour in today’s case).
Take a look at the outfit:

I really like this shirt for making “jeans and a t-shirt” instantly look a little more chic without looking like I’m trying too hard. It is cut slightly boxy and oversized which is a look I like on me.
Jeans: Articles of Society skinny jeans
Shoes: Reaction Kennith Cole (you know I love ’em)
Of course there were some Outfit Add-ons:
Sweater: Stolen from my mother. I think she got it some time in the 80’s.
Bag: This bag was given to me as a gift. It is the original Coach bag in simple brown leather. The instant I saw it I fell in love. Simple and classic is right up my alley.
Coat: Lightweight down rain coat from Costco. I believe the brand name is Peace, Love, Chill
