What I Ate Wednesday 4.15.14

Hi guys!

I’m back with another “What I Ate Wednesday” showcasing all the things that I ate the previous Tuesday. I have recently started to decrease the amount of refined sugar I eat (which is normally quite a lot) because I believe it to be the cause for several nasty break outs I am currently dealing with.

Perhaps an post/update on diet and skincare at a later date? Let me know if that is something you might be interested in seeing

For now, onto the food!

For breakfast I was out of my normal oatmeal so I made a smoothie instead. This has a frozen banana, orange juice, spinach, and one peeled orange. I drank this along with my normal black coffee and a glass of water with lemon. I was nearly floating from all the fluids afterwards!

For lunch, I made a bagel sandwich with egg, spinach, sun dried tomatos, and cream cheese. The bagel is gluten free from the company Udi’s. This started off as an omelette but fell apart half way through the assembly process so it became a sandwich. Tasted just as good though.

While I was getting dinner ready I snacked on these apple rings from Trader Joe’s. I like dried fruit as a snack because it is portable and I can throw it into my bag without worrying if it will get squished.

For dinner I made green thai curry with tofu. It was yummy and I have left overs for tomorrow!

What did you eat today? Let me know in the comments below!

Second question, do you guys like WIAW posts or should I switch it up? I’m interested in what you guys think.

Until next time,

Yeah the bagels are great! I haven't tried the "cream" cheese yet though
