Hi guys!
The end of June is already upon us, can you believe it! But that also means that it is time for June Favorites! Honestly I didn’t have that many things that really stuck with me all throughout the month of June. This month I had several nail favorites, a new favorite hair line, one new amazing body product, and some new statement lip products.
Check it out!
June Favorites all together looking like a happy family
Shea Moisture Lemongrass and Ginger Body Scrub with Orange Peel
I recently discovered this brand and have fallen in love. The scents are AMAZING and the scrubs are the best that I have ever tried. My roommate has the Hibiscus and Coconut scrub which smells divine! I tend to lean more towards the brighter citrus scents for myself. The moisture that you get from this scrub is also pretty incredible. Water rolls off my skin in the shower after I have used this scrub. I have been loving it ever since I bought it!
Dove Oxygen Moisture Line (Shampoo, Conditioner, Root Lift Spray)
I bought this conditioner first and liked it so much that I went out and got the rest of the line. I have very fine, flat, oily hair and these work wonderfully for me. I feel like my hair is getting really clean with the shampoo and softened with the conditioner. Even if I let my hair air dry, instead of blow drying it, it still gets lift and volume rather than just being completely flat to my head.
Wet N’ Wild Megalast nail polish in I Red A Good Book
Every time that I have done my nails throughout both May and June, this is the polish that has been on my toenails. For some reason I just kept reaching for it. This is a true red polish after applying two coats and it lasts several weeks on the toes without chipping.
Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Don’t Be Leotardy
The same goes with this ballet pink polish as the Wet n’ Wild, I just kept using it for nearly two months straight. That rarely happens as I love some weekly variety on my nails but this pink just hit the spot. It lasts like no other polish I have tried including professional manicures and my beloved Wet N’ Wild Megalast polishes. I am going to have to invest in several other colors of this Sally Hansen polish simply because its staying power is beyond compare.
Revlon Colorburst Balmstain in 040 Rendevous
This is the newest love of my life (for the past month). It delivers orange-y to redish lips depending on how many coats you apply. I already have a love affair with the Revlon Balmstains and this is just the latest installment.

L’Oreal Colour Caresse Wet Shine Stain in 188 Coral Tattoo
This was a late addition to my June favorites. The color is similar to the Revlon Balmstain but it packs way more of a color punch. When I want a statement lip, this is it. The color is a orange/red that compliments the natural yellow undertones in my skin. A warning though, I think that some people may not like the finish. As it is a wet stain, it lasts really well but it can feel a little plastic-y on the lip.
