Today we are back with another How To Wear post, this time taking on leggings. Now I am no leggings aficionado so I called in backup and had my lovely friend (and legging wearer) Lucy model and share some looks with me!

Casual
For this casual weekend look, Lucy paired deep red and black leggings with a neutral tank and denim shirt. Cute and comfy for weekend errands.
Style Tip: Balance the busy pattern of the leggings with the neutral and simple top
Rocker Girl
For an edgier look designed for the legging pros, pair a crop top with leggings and combat boots. This look can translate from a summer music festival to winter concerts with the simple addition of a denim jacket and knit hat.
Style Tip: Choose a thicker or heavier fabric if you are planning to wear leggings as pants. It will give you a little more support and coverage
Girls Night
Red shoes are necessary on Girls Night. Pair your favorite statement heel with a monochrome ensemble but these black and white patterned leggings add interest plain black may have fallen flat.
Style Tip: Accent your legs with a printed or patterned legging but if you are not completely comfortable try dark colors.
Man Eater/Date Night
Nighttime drama is asking for (faux) leather leggings. They create the perfect canvas to heighten the drama of bold colors and sexy cut outs.
Style Tip: Always do the sit-down test when trying on leather leggings to ensure that they will stretch enough but still cover all the necessary items.
