What I’m Lovin’ | November Favorites and UNfavorites

Hi guys!
Beginning of a new month means new favorites and Unfavorites. This month I have several beauty favorites and a couple fashion favorites. Sadly I do have one UNfavorite this month and I is a hair product. Let’s start with the favorites.

Take a look!

BEAUTY

I was given this perfume early in the month and have been wearing it everyday. I love putting on perfume in the morning as it, in my eyes, represents everything glamourous and feminine. This is a rose scent and one of my favorites. I also recommend the Dolce and Gabbana Rose The One for a lighter and some citrus notes.

Baby Pink Polish
My nail polish picks of the month were all baby pinks. Even though Fall is the time for dark nails, I traveled a lot this month and ballerina pinks tend to serve me well. Chips are less noticeable and I have a couple polishes that I know will last me several weeks without bad chips or looking bad.

Simplified Makeup
This past month I wore a lot of simple and minimal makeup as my skin was very clear. I used the following two types of face makeup and then would simply groom my brows and swipe on some brown mascara.

I have talked about this powder foundation in past favorites. This is great for matte all day coverage and is wonderful for those of you who are low maintenance. I gave this a bunch of love this month as my skin was really clear in the beginning of November.

The two are the BB creams that I have been reaching for this month. The Smashbox was great when I didn’t have any breakouts and needed the moisture and the Garnier I hacve talked about before. It gives great coverage and doesn’t get greasy like other BB creams have the tendency to do.

This is another product that I got as part of a sample kit. It looks really scary in the tube but comes out on the lips really sheer, giving only a tiny hint to the color in the tube. It is a great way to dip your toes into deep lip colors.

I received this as a sample and fell in love! It is my miracle product of the month. I normally use oi based makeup remover but this face wash did better in less time. It took off every last bit of my heavy-duty, waterproof, long lasting makeup without drying out my skin. It’s pricy but I think that I may have to go out and get a full sized bottle.

FASHION
This has been my favorite sweater of the month. It wears well with jeans but still looks structured and put together. I have paired it with leggings for more casual, jeans for everyday, pencil skirt for work. Love it!

With the colder weather upon us, I have been wearing fleece lined leggings all the time. Under pants, with skirts, you name it, I’ve already done it. If you can find a pair that are thick enough that you can’t see through them snatch them up! They are warm and cozy but also super practical and functional for the winter

Mimi Scholer Tassel Necklace

This statement necklace has been around my neck at every turn. It jazzes up any simple outfit and I always get compliments on it.

Rain City Forge Necklace
This is my most worn necklace for the month. It is a few inches longer than my normal charm necklace so I mostly wear them together. It is a simple piece but I like the stacked look of it together with my charm necklace.

Once again, I only have one sad and lonely UNfavorite. I have had this product for a while and wasn’t a fan from the beginning. However, I wanted to give it a healthy chance

L’Oreal Boost it Mousse
This mousse made my hair feel really heavy and feel like it had a lot of product in it. I normally try to go a couple days without washing my hair and whenever I used this product, that was simply not possible.

What were your favorites and UNfavorites this month?
Have you tried any of the products I mentioned?
Let me know in the comments!

 Until next time,
Ana Luiza
