Hi guys!
I made semi-homemade Valentine’s Day cupcakes yesterday.
I (slightly) lightened up the cupcakes by omitting oil and eggs, as instructed to use on the box, and instead used a cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt.
Now I’m not a huge baker but when I do, I prefer to make fully homemade baked goods. However there was simply no time for that this week. Whenever using boxed caked mix, I fully stand behind funfetti. Who doesn’t get childlike glee from biting into a cake and seeing various colors?!
As my Valentine likes cream cheese frosting, I whipped up a batch as it is super simple and only requires three ingredients.
These cakes turned out super sweet but washed down well with a cup of black tea.
SNACK ATTACK!
Until next time,
Ana Luiza
