On Wednesday, I had a sunshine filled lunch date with my mom. It was a beautiful sunny but not so warm day but we decided to simply wear our coats and enjoy some lunch outside by the fountain in Seattle Center. I firmly believe that the fountain is one of the best features of the Seattle Center. The water is blasting out of the fountain with a synchronized soundtrack playing in the background and on a sunny day like yesterday it was filled with kids playing. It’s the most entertaining thing to watch! The game is to touch the fountain without getting wet. I used to play the same game when I was a kid. Overall, a super nice Vitamin D filled lunch break.
On a totally different note, I wanted to give a shout out to this red sweater. It is probably my number one most worn sweater. It was my mom’s and I think someone else handed it down to her (although I could be totally wrong about that, so don’t quote me). It doesn’t have a tag that says who made it or what material it is so all I can tell you is that it is the softest thing ever! I love that it is warm without being bulky and is still a super bright red even though it has been through any number of washes. It’s like wearing a bright happy warm hug!
Does anyone else have this sort of clothing or am I just weird?
