Today I wanted to do a little something to inspire the ladies who aren’t red, white, and everything sparkly. I’m not normally one for maxi dresses but this number by Ella Moss may have me as a convert. I loved throwing a (faux) leather jacket over this dress to make it a little more conservative (because it already gives you an Angelina Jolie leg moment) and give it a little bit of an edgier look. It also gives me some serious Rachel Zoe vibes so what’s not to love 😉

Glam more your thing? Try swapping the leather jacket for some faux fur and some statement bling. That way you can have one dress but with two completely different looks, both perfect for your upcoming holiday parties!
