I recently added this faux leather pencil skirt to my work wear wardrobe and it’s official, all my #girlboss ladies need one too. Rather than your run of the mill pencil skirt, this faux leather adds a hint of edginess that can do wonders for your office style.

Aside from the boost in confidence, incorporating an additional texture provides much more range to a classic work outfit. Pair this skirt with a blouse like I did here for a slightly edgy take on a office classic but it also looks great with a knit top and tall boots during the winter months. For warmer weather, add a light tee with a blazer for a look that can easily take you from office hours to happy hour.
