Hey babes. I was lucky enough to visit this hidden gem of the Pacific Northwest this past weekend and find it in full bloom. If you ever visit the Seattle area, make sure you make a day trip down to Tacoma, a city about 30 minutes drive south of Seattle, and visit Point Defiance. This pink arbor is just one fraction of the flower garden that is housed there. This archway is actually just the entrance to one of the most well kept public gardens I’ve ever seen.
Spending a morning surrounded by all this pink floral goodness got me inspired to wear my skirts and dresses during this upcoming week.
This in turn got me thinking about the things that inspire my style. You know that the tagline for Northwest Blonde is classic style in a grunge town. I love the classics and when it comes to style that means classic beauties like Audrey Hepburn and Jackie O but I also get inspired but our modern classic style ladies like Kate Middleton, Reese Witherspoon, and Olivia Palermo. Classic style but with a side of preppy feminine style and don’t skimp on the color would be a slightly more apt definition of my style.
What inspires your style and would the definition of that be? Let me know in the comments! I’m curious to hear how you’d define yourselves!
Until next time,
Ana Luiza
