Wearing Winter Whites (& Grey)

Happy December everyone! We’ve finally made it to the most wonderful time of the year: the Holidays. I don’t know about you but we are a strict the-Christmas-season-starts-in-December family. No decorating, music or seasonal cards allowed beforehand. Call me old-fashioned but I like to savor the last bits of fall before winter hits us (y’all know how I feel about the cold).

However, December is here as is the unofficial start to winter and that for this fashion girl means: winter whites! Yes, the old don’t wear white after Labor Day rule goes out the window (if it was ever in, to begin with) and back come my white jeans.

I’ve written before about my reservation and lack of confidence regarding white jeans (and denim in general) but I’m embracing them again for winter. Two weekends ago, I wore this outfit when meeting up with my friend Megan for breakfast and coffee. Adding the soft muted greys was an easy way to swap this summer staple in for the colder months.
