DRESS: Eliza J c/o (it’s not maternity but I was able to size up to a 12 and it easily fit the bump. I’d normally wear a 2 or 4 in Eliza J) // SHOES: old, similar here (I’m actually looking at snagging these shorter heels for #momlife) // BAG: Chelsea Yaley Design c/o (Chelsea’s a local Seattle designer and makes these clutch bags in every color)
I’d normally share my personal and blog resolutions on here but 2019 is going to be the year of no resolutions or major goals. You can see my past ones for 2018 and 2017 here if you want a trip down memory lane. But this year is going to be different in so many ways.
My reasoning? There will be enough turmoil and change (the best kind of course) without adding anything on top. I really didn’t want to set a bunch of expectations for myself when I don’t know what is going to change within a few weeks.
Basically 2019 will have me focusing on having a healthy baby, learning the ropes of motherhood, and everything that comes with that. I think that will be more than enough for one year.
Now in my heart of hearts, I know that I have certain expectations for myself for the year. Get my body back post baby being one but I don’t want to have that front and center in my mind or make it my main focus for myself in 2019.
Are you making resolutions or goals for 2019? What are your top three? Let me know in the comments below!
Until next time,
Ana Luiza

You will definitely have your hands full without adding resolutions on top of it. I’m just trying to eat healthier and exercise more regularly. Seems I say that every year, ha. You look great in that outfit. Love the polka-dots.
You are so wise to have come to this realization. You will have lots of new experiences coming your way and just embracing them as they come is probably a good idea. You look fabulous as always and I love the polk-a-dot and red mix.

I think you totally nailed it girl. Motherhood is amazing and overwhelming all at once. I can’t wait to follow along in 2019!
