Do they say that retail therapy is good for the soul?
This is an unprecedented sale for Nordstrom. I can’t think of a time that they’ve EVER had a sale this big. 25% off everything on their site. And they really mean it! All the Dyson hair tools were on sale and sold out within the first 24 hours.
Just a couple of thoughts before jumping into some sale picks. I don’t know how well their shipping is going to work for this sale since they’ve closed all retail locations due to Covid-19 concerns. I don’t know anything about their warehouse system so I won’t speak to that. Items are also limited quantity because they can’t pull more off the floor of their retail stores. So if you’re interested in a hot ticket item, I’d recommend moving fast so you don’t miss out.
Ok, here are my favorites from the sale that are both in my closet and on my wishlist.
Nordstrom 25% Off Sale
Silk Eye Mask
I’ve never heard so much about a sleeping eye mask as I have for this one. Several of my friends use it and I know it has hundreds of positive reviews online. Since it’s pricey, now is a great time to get one to try out since it’s 25% off
Cole Haan sneakers
These almost never go on sale in the primary two colors (white and black) so here’s our chance to get them under $100! These are the most lightweight shoes I’ve ever tried before. When you pick up the shoe box, it almost feels empty.
Comfy joggers and matching top
Since we are all spending a lot more time at home these days and for the foreseeable future, why not get some new lounge clothes. These matching sets are super cute and look cozy too
Zella leggings
These are ultra-popular Lululemon like leggings that I’ll only buy when they are on sale. I’ve been wearing mine a lot these days since I’m just home with Teddy. Mine are all stretched out from pregnancy so I might look into getting a new pair for workouts.
Blondo boots
I know it’s spring but you can get these on super-duper sale right now (over 60% off) and save them for fall and winter. I have an entire review of the over the knee boots here.
All the J.Crew Favorites
Since Nordstrom carries J.Crew, basically all my top favorites are included in this sale! So that means the sweater blazer and the tissue turtlenecks that I’ve raved about for years now are on sale.

my daily sunscreen. It’s clean and also can double as a makeup primer. They have several other types of sun products if you don’t care for the primer aspect
Longchamps Le Pilage Tote Bag
I’ve had this tote bag for over 10 years now and still regularly use it. It fits all the stuff I need for myself and Ted’s diaper bag essentials as well.
First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream
We’ve been using this ultra-thick cream for a while now. Andrew gets cracked knuckles in the winter and this helps the skin heal. Since we’ve upped our handwashing over the past few weeks, I’ve also been using it for my dry hands and now we’ve run out!
