As of Monday Seattle is entering into Phase 2 (or phase 1.5 depending on where you live) of re-opening! This is so exciting! What will be the first thing that you do once your official quarantine orders are lifted? Personally, I can’t wait to see my friends!
My close girlfriends and I have a habit of meeting up for brunch and photos about once a month. Sometimes we’ll meet out in the city, testing out a fun new restaurant, but we’ll also meet at each other’s homes where we can sit and talk for hours without needing to vacate a table within an allotted amount of time.
I haven’t seen any of my friends, bloggers or not, since the beginning of March. Since Megan’s wedding to be specific. And on that topic…
Come Meet My Friends!
I have plenty of friends that aren’t bloggers or on social media but the ones who are, you’ll likely recognize. I thought that this might be a good time to reintroduce you to them. Here they are, from left to right.
Jenn
Jenn of Hello Rigby fame is a name you’ll see if you go way back into the archives. Jenn is well known around Seattle for her fashion and lifestyle content. I met her a long time ago and remember being a little star-struck at the time. She was such a big blogger and so legit! That hasn’t changed, I’m just lucky to call her a friend now.
Megan
Diary of this Girl Megan was our blushing bride earlier this year. Since the wedding, she has been sharing all about newlywed life, her new townhouse (check out the Tiger King themed bathroom), and her sweet pup Pepper.
Megan and I met back in ye old days of blogging so 2013ish. If you go way back in my archives, you’ll see comments from her before we ever met in person. I’m lucky to call Megan one of my close girlfriends these days, even standing up with Megan on the most special day of her life!
Sahily
Sahily from Pretty in Pigment is the newest to our friend group. Florida native moved to Seattle for a little rain and cold, she brought a whole lot of color with her! Seriously, check out her feed and blog for a gigantic dose of bright happy colors and plenty of travel content.
Asa
Asa of Lace and Pearls is the final in the lineup. She does double duty with her blog Lace and Pearls blog and her jewelry line, Lace and Pearls Jewelry (don’t forget her full-time job as well). If you like my style, you’ll love Asa as well. We both love our J.Crew!
