The Sephora Savings Event is coming up in the next few weeks! This is their semi-annual sale where you can get up to 20% off your Sephora purchase depending on your spending status with them (see more on that here). Since they don’t run sales often, this is when I like to restock my favorite beauty products that I use regularly.
The sale starts April 9th for their Rouge level members, April 13th for VIB level, and April 15th for Insider level.
How do you become a member? It’s free to join. You just give them your email then use that account every time you shop online or in-person to rack up points. The amount your spend (aka your points) will determine your level. You can sign up here to become a Beauty Insider and take part in the sale.
Here are my five all-time favorite beauty products from Sephora!
All-time Favorite Sephora Products
Supergoop Sunscreen
This is hands down the best sunscreen I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried a lot! Since skin cancer runs in my family, I don’t mess around anymore with not wearing sunscreen. Most will make me oily and shiny within the hour but the Supergoop Matte sunscreen very fails me. It wears underneath makeup like a primer and helps keep my t-zone matte throughout the day.
They also have the GlowScreen for people who do want a natural glow (or have dry skin) and the Unseen Sunscreen for a neutral base. I’ve also heard amazing reviews of their CC Cream with SPF 50.

Isle of Paradise Tanning Drops
On a similar note, I love a glowing tan but no longer layout in the sun to bake. I’m also totally over the time-consuming process of doing fake self-tan at home (you can see my old routine here). Enter the Isle of Paradise Tanning Drops. Add 3-5 drops of this product to your regular moisturizer and your tan will develop throughout the day/night. No need for a mitt, no need to rinse it off, and no weird smell. And since it’s a gradual tan, you don’t need to worry about blotchiness or that you’ll mess it up somehow. I’m a HUGE fan. I use the Medium shade.

Olaplex No. 3
This was my go-to hair treatment for years. If you want your bleached color processed hair to feel like it has never been touched by dyes or chemicals, give Olaplex a try and get ready to be amazed. It’s 100% worth the money if you want to bring life back to your damaged hair. I was shocked the first time I used it. The Olaplex No. 3 treatment is under $30 and normally lasts me several months.
Full disclosure, I don’t use this anymore because I don’t normally have the time to do leave-in treatments. However, I used it for years and stand by it as a fantastic product.
First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream
This thick moisturizing lotion is a wintertime staple in our home. While you can use it on your face, we tend to use it on our hands. Andrew gets really terrible dried and cracked knuckles in the winter and this has helped repair his skin and speeds up the healing. It’s on the pricey side for a hand lotion but it really does work better than standard lotions.
Kiehl’s 1851
I have tried and loved quite a number of Kiehl’s 1851 products. First is the Ultra Facial Cream. I love this moisturizer for the winter when my skin needs extra moisture. I also used this through my pregnancy as one of my side effects was really dry skin. The Creme de Corps is another item worth stocking up. It’s the most lux body lotion I’ve ever used and it absorbs into the skin really quickly so you don’t feel sticky when you use it. I’ve been working through a bottle of their Alcohol-free Cucumber Toner which has been a nice addition to my skincare routine. I also love and use the Kiehl’s lip balm. It’s a nicer alternative to Vaseline. And finally, their Midnight Recovery Concentrate is their best known and loved overnight anti-aging serum.
These are the only ones included in this lineup today that are not considered clean beauty products.
