I realize that my Anniversary Sale posts seem like they are a little out of order but I’m sharing them in the order that I actually shopped. The first thing I looked at was for Ted and baby 2.0, then I checked out the clean beauty selection, and finally, I went and looked at the women’s clothing, shoes, and accessory. Since I’m pregnant and going to be VERY pregnant come fall and winter, I’m not looking to shop for a lot of clothing and the clothes I am looking at are things that can be used for postpartum.
Not all that exciting but I still managed to find some things that you may also be interested in checking out.
Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Picks for SAHMs
TOPS & SWEATERS
COATS
So many coats, so little time. I really went hard on the coat section this year because I’m pregnant and lol at pants. Let’s start with Barbour. There are a handful of options that will 100% sell out instantly. I really like this first option but this belted version is also really nice. You can’t go wrong with any of these.
Other coats worth looking at: I like this fun shearling coat as it’s also a more affordable option. This shawl coat is absolutely stunning. And finally, this is a fantastic trench coat option. Love the hood and that it’s not too long.
JEANS & LEGGINGS
As far as denim options, I was happy to see a couple of Paige Denim styles included in the sale. I love these because they are SO soft but they are normally so expensive! Madewell denim is also included in the sale in a couple of different styles and colorways. I also really like their jeans as they have a heavier weight than the Paige Denim.
Naturally, the Zella leggings are included in the sale. I would only ever purchase these on sale. They have several different styles available. Some for lounging and others that are for working out. And also the Spanx faux leather leggings are also in the sale. These go like hot cakes annually. I’ll be getting a pair this year for myself but the maternity version.
BRAS, ACTIVE, & LOUNGE
Natori bras are always included in the sale and now is definitely the time to restock! They are pricey on every other Tuesday. If I weren’t pregnant, I’d be 100% jumping on this. But I have heard that the True & Co. bras are the go-to for pregnant and nursing moms. I’m hoping to get a couple for myself.
I included this workout set because I have these leggings and they are nice. People always ask me about where I got them and it’s a fun workout set. I got the same size as Lululemon and it’s a good fit.
Finally, I’m looking at getting some new pajamas for once baby 2.0 arrives. I really like this style and the material is amazing. Moonlight also has a short set and a traditional long sleeve set in way more colors.
SHOES & ACCESSORIES
As far as shoes and accessories, I was disappointed. There were only a few shoe options I wanted to highlight. First is Stuart Weitzman on super sale. It’s a great time to invest in high-end designer shoes you’ll have for years. These knee-high boots from Sam Edelman are another great staple. I have a really old pair of these from several NSales ago that I still break out year after year. And of course, if you want brand new Hunter boots now is the time to get them on sale.
The accessories has a couple of highlights. The Brixton Joanna hat is available in two new colors and also in a felt wool version if you are a fall/winter hat wearer. There are a couple of Ray-Bans included in the sale. I preferred the tortoise pair over the clean version. And this Madewell crossbody bag has been on my radar for a while so I was happy to see this exclusive color included in the Anniversary Sale.
