My favorite little red dress is back! I’ve been wearing it for several years now and I’m so happy that it has been brought back for another summer. While I have it in both red and tan, this year they brought it back in red and navy.
Why do I love this dress so much? Well, it’s a classic shirtdress so it’s simple enough to wear but the color really packs a punch. It was also nice enough for me to wear to the office (I used to work in a business casual environment) but you can also just pop it on for running errands.
But the number one reason I love this dress so much? The fabric is wrinkle-resistant! It’s not advertised as such but I’ve traveled with both my red and tan dress and neither has wrinkled no matter the small wad they get shoved into in my weekender bag. That’s probably one of the main features I look for in clothing these days.
Both red and navy come in inclusive sizes from XXS to XXL. No matter what size or shape you are, I highly recommend getting your hands on one of these dresses while they are still available. For reference, I own the red in a small and the tan in a medium. I prefer the medium because it’s a little roomier but the dress does fit true to size. You can see the tan/medium on me here and here.
