Teddy got his first car.
To be more accurate, Teddy’s grandpa got him his first truck. Behold the Cozy Coupe Truck. Guys, this thing cracks me up! My father-in-law wanted to get Ted one of the Cozy Coupes over Father’s Day weekend while they were in town and as he was researching where to find one, he stumbled upon the Cozy Truck and the deal was sealed.
What different between the Cozy Coupe and the Cozy Truck? Well, the Cozy truck has a kid-sized pickup truck bed. It straight-up has a functioning tailgate! I can’t stop laughing!
Anyways, Teddy totally loves it. He started playing with the parts as soon as they came out of the box. Once the whole thing was put together (it does require assembly and power tools), he didn’t want to get out of it. His feet don’t reach the floor yet so we kept the floorboards in and simply push him around while he steers and honks the horn. It’s so cute. We played Tim McGraw’s ‘Truck Yeah” and put his stuffed dog in the truck bed for him to tool around the living room. It was a blast.
It has since moved outside but he’s still in love with it. Meanwhile, I’m making plans for a country version of Kelly in the City’s Christmas cards from a couple of years ago.
