Simple Summer Makeup #MakeupMonday

Hi guys!

Today I have a simple yet still polished makeup look for you guys. I have been using it as a simple look that works for me all day and night.

Take a look!

Starting off with a freshly washed, moisturized, and primed (no makeup) face.

Here are all the products I used on my face.

In order of use:
Smashbox Oil Free Primer
Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Dark Circle Eraser in Brightening
Garnier BB Cream for Combo/Oily skin in Light/Medium
Maybelline Dream Bouncy Blush in Candy Coral
Rimmel Stay Matte Powder in Sandstorm

I started by covering my dark circles and brightening the inner corners of my eyes. I place the concealer in a sideways “V” shape and blend in the product with my ring finger to not tug on the delicate skin around the eyes

Next I dot the BB Cream around my face and buff it in with a Real Techniques Expert Face brush. I like using this BB Cream more than others as it does not leave me super oily, gives great coverage, added sun protection (SPF 20), and lasts all day. Especially using the buffing brush, this foundation goes on looking like skin.

I added the blush high on my cheek bones, blending with my finger to give a natural glow and finished by powdering my T-zone and over the blush to set it. Another way to make cream blush go the distance in the summer is to set it with a powder blush of a similar color.

Products I used on my eyes
In order of use:
Urban Decay Primer Potion
Too Faced Chocolate Solie Bronzer
Estee Lauder Eyeshadow in 39 Vanilla
Too Faced Perfect Eyes Waterproof Eyeliner
Tarte Lights, Camera, Splashes Mascara

After priming my eyes, I dusted this bronzer in the crease and along the lower lash line. It is a little to dark for me to use as a bronzer but works perfectly as an eyeshadow.

With my finger I packed on some of this champagne shadow on the lid and in the inner corner of my eye. After that, all that’s left is to give the eyelashes a good curl, tightline ’em, and swipe mascara and we are done with the eyes!

I paired this look with Rimmel 720 Notting Hill Nude. It is a brown-ish nude that is part of Rimmel’s moisture renew line. Any of you that are interested in the 90’s revival/Kendal Jenner look that is oh so hot right now should check this shade out.
