Just a Hint of St Patrick’s Day

An easy spring outfit idea that also has a little St Patrick's Day outfit idea

Clover Blouse // Loft Distressed Jeans // Cropped Ribbed Sweater // Cole Haan Sneakers

I’m not one to celebrate St Patrick’s Day most years. I have no ties to the holiday. I don’t even drink beer. However this year, any holiday including the made-up ones like National Donut Day, is a reason to celebrate.

This is why I was drawn to this top from LOFT. It’s got some St Patty’s Day vibes but also is just a decent spring blouse. I can wear it with jeans and sneakers now but you could also easily dress it up with more tailored pants and flats for a more business casual look. The back has a peplum detail that adds a little romantic quality if you want to wear it loose and flowing rather than tucked in as I did here.

Loft actually has a good selection of pretty spring tops that fall into this same category – jeans now, dress up later. I found several that gave me serious Bridgerton vibes. Others that are just pretty to pair with jeans so I can feel dressed up as I clean my kitchen for the 2461984th time.
