What I Ate Wednesday – 6.17.14

Hi guys!

It’s been a while but today I am doing another What-I-Ate-Wednesday!
Keep reading to see what I had yesterday (Tuesday)

Breakfast was oatmeal with fruit and coffee, as usual. However, today I added a little of PB2 (powdered peanut butter with less fat and more protein) and some chocolate powder. Not a sugar free start to the day, I know, but it tasted so yummy on a gloomy morning.

Lunch was a simple smoothie of several handfuls of spinach, OJ, some frozen berries, and a banana. Not a whole lot but I had a late (for me) breakfast and that oatmeal keeps me full for a long time.

For a snack after I went for a walk, I had a couple almonds and a Luna bar. I don’t normaly eat Luna bars but I saw this flavor and wanted to see what it tasted like. I can’t say that I loved it but it was alright overall.

For dinner, I had sundried tomato and goat cheese ravioli with basil and walnut pesto. I know it doesn’t look that appetizing but I swear it tasted awesome! I bought both of these from the same stand at the Farmer’s Market and loved them! They are hand/home made so the flavors are really vibrant (if that’s even a thing). Not like anything you can get at the store I think.

What did you have today?
Anything tasty that I should test out?
Let me know in the comments or on various social media!
(psst! They’re all over on the right!)

Until next time,
Ana Luiza

Try some other flavors of Luna Bar! My favorite is chocolate and nuts, it tastes like real chocolate!
Also try adding Chia seeds, flax seeds or hemp seeds to your smoothie : )
