Top 5 Favorite Breakfast Smoothies

Hi guys!

As the weather has been warming up, I have been getting back into smoothie meals. They are a great way to get a whole serving of fruits and greens into your day without the fuss of making an entire salad. I generally like to have one for breakfast as it is a quick and easy meal that starts my day off right (that sounds really cheesy, I know).

I make mine in the Bella Rocket Blender as it is perfect for single portions http://amzn.to/1jkF7Xi

After trying out recipe upon recipe (all found on Pinterest), here are my top 5 favorite breakfast smoothies!

1) Green Monster Spinach Smoothie from Kristin of Iowa Girl Eats
This is the smoothie that I tend to have almost every day for breakfast. It has so much spinach in it that I feel like I have just got my healthy on whenever I drink it down. Its super easy to modify as well if I want to add a little extra something to it.

2) Blueberry Oatmeal Super Smoothie from Corey of Family Fresh Meals
This is a great meal replacement type of smoothie that I actually have been having pretty frequently. Between the chia seeds and the oats, I can barely finish this smoothie because I get so full. I will drink this when I know I’ll be having a late lunch and honestly this will hold me over until then.

This is a great option for those of you who aren’t banana lovers. I like this in the mornings although I do generally omit the coconut oil. It gets my day started with a surprising energy kick for a smoothie

Also check out Angela’s Pink Power Smoothie, if only for the amazing color!

4) Detox Green Smoothie from Crystalin of In the City with Crystalin
This is another one that I will have almost every morning if I don’t want any dairy in my smoothie. The taste is great and you know that you are getting only good things in your smoothie for the day. It’s two servings of greens for the price of one, what’s not to like!

5) Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie from Lauren of Healthy Food For Living
Now I do need to take a moment to shout out Lauren from Healthy Food For Living. Hers is the first food blog that I started following years ago and it has only been getting better. This indulgent without the guilt smoothie is no exception! So yummy, so tasty without actually eating desert for breakfast. You need to test this one out!
