Sorry for the super late in the day post. I spent the day with my family celebrating Easter.
When I was little, I always had “special occasion” dresses and that included Easter. If you celebrate Easter in the U.S.A. you know the kind of dress I’m talking about. Most little girls tend to go all out pastel frills on Easter Sunday. I was no exception.
(Technically I would have dressed like that 365 days out of the year but that is besides the point.)
Anyways, the Easter dress thing is something that I never quite grew out of. I still love the idea of everyone getting dressed up together for a holiday. All that really changed for me is how the dress looked. The frills have been significantly toned down and I attempt to look my age
