What I Ate Wednesday

Hi guys!


Here’s what I ate this yesterday (4.07.14). 

woke up about 20 minutes after my alarm went off (insert instant panic here!) so my breakfast was a little different than my normal oatmeal. Instead I grabbed a quick bite before running out the door. I had 1/2 a banana with a spoonful of creamy peanut butter, a mango yogurt, a whole bunch of black coffee. 


As a small side note, I don’t think I have ever moved so fast in the morning. I got ready in about 1/2 the time it normally takes me because my day started with burst of panic and adrenaline. Eek! Does this ever happen to you?

For lunch I had chicken noodle soup and an everything bagel thin. The bagel thin had veggie cream cheese spread with a chopped tomato.  I tried to slice it nicely but then just gave up because I was getting hangry. I had a mug of hot lemon water to go with my lunch.

For my afternoon snack/sweet treat, I was at Starbucks and got a coffee and a little baby lemon scone. I love scones but the fact that it was adorable and mini sized made it that much for fun to eat. 

Dinner was gluten free penne pasta with sautéed zucchini and onions. I topped that with Classico’s roasted garlic tomato sauce and a sprinkle of Parm cheese. Yum!
