Hotel Tour: Beach Vacation Edition

Hi all, Happy April Fool’s Day!


I am here in Cozumel, Mexico where the sun is shining and the beach beacons. 

My boyfriend and I came here as part of a Scuba Diving group for the week. We are all staying at the Cozumel Hotel and Resort as part of their “all-inclusive” diving package. Upon arrival yesterday, I changed into a much more comfortable outfit and went to check  out the resort we are staying in. I promised photos, so here they are!

Before arriving, I didn’t realize how large the resort was but this was a map I had to reference several times  over the past couple days.

For those who wanted the heat but not direct sun light, they had lawn chairs arranged under cover as well as near the pool

They had a little island in the middle of the pool with a mini replica of Mayan monument, Chichen Itza.

For convenience (and safety) they have an under ground passage that takes you from the hotel side of the street to the beach side of the street.
