one day juice cleanse everyone can doA while back I posted about my new years work out resolutions. Well like many resolutions, I have become a little lazy with my diet. Working out for me isn’t a struggle but eating clean is a daily challenge. With my wedding just over three months away (eek!), I’m trying to buckle down and get back on the wagon. That’s where Julie comes in.

Jus by Julie is a juice cleanse that comes in one, three, and five day stints. I normally start my day with a green smoothie but a whole day drinking nothing but juice had me worried. Each day has six blended juices that are to be spaced out in 2-3 hour intervals. I was happily surprised that just fluid, between the juice and plenty of water, was able to keep me satisfied the entire day. The only times I noticed hunger was when I allowed too much time to pass between juices. And the results were as promised. The following day I felt lighter, had more energy, and as if my cravings, mainly for sugar, had lessened.

I love that fresh blended (not pressed) juice was delivered to my doorstep and was able to get me back on my heathy diet “feet” again. Since dieting for me is enough of a challenge, making this juice cleanse as easy as possible gave me little room for error. There were no overt side affects from a day of juice that I noted. No headaches, moodiness, or hunger. Overall this cleanse was a success!
