Happy Halloween babes! I hope you’re having a fun day of festivities with your spooktacular friends, family, and co-workers (boo Monday holidays). Eat a couple extra pieces of chocolate for me!
This past week, Andrew surprised me with a trip to Disneyland for my birthday. We peaced out of Seattle Friday after work and spent about 14 hours at Disney on Saturday before returning home on Sunday. We’ve only been to the Disney parks once together so it was a special weekend getting to spend a ton of time with him (we don’t get to see a lot of each other during the week because of work and school) and to get away from the constant rain we’ve been having here in Seattle #livingthatsoggylife.
To be completely honest, I’m not a huge fan of Halloween. We don’t have trick-or-treaters in our neighborhood and I don’t like getting dressed up. I’m more of a Christmas person myself. I’ll get in the Halloween spirit enough to rummage all the way into the back of my sweater drawer and pull out this chunky orange knit. Add all black everything and I’m holiday ready.
How are you celebrating Halloween style? Let me know in the comments!
Until next time,

Thank you so much for the feature! I’m like you, not really all that into Halloween. I love the orange sweater and pairing it with all black is the perfect subtle nod to the holiday!

Too cute! I actually loved Halloween when my kids were little and I made all their costumes and we went to Halloween parties. But now, there’s really nothing for me to do anymore…maybe when the grandkids come!
This is a great way to wear orange during the fall!
